Sydney Braverman
Certified Dog Trainer
My name is Sydney Braverman. I am 24 years old and have been working with dogs professionally for 6 years.
As a kid, I enjoyed teaching my family dogs to do fun tricks and obedience. Since childhood, I wanted a career that involved working with dogs. I got my start while training my own service dog. I then trained several service dogs for others living with disabilities. Shortly thereafter I became involved in dog sports and now enjoy competing with my dogs in AKC/UKC obedience and rally.
I have 2 personal dogs that often help out as distractions during lessons. Link, my 4-year-old Labrador Retriever, is my personal medical alert/mobility service dog and he is also my current competition dog. Link is working towards his AKC Utility Dog title and is a great helper for working with reactive dogs, as he is very easygoing. I also have a young shepherd puppy named Shenzi. She is a great help when higher energy distractions are needed.
Through high-quality training, I get to help others live better and happier lives with their dogs. I have a very rewarding job, I am thankful to truly love what I do!
